School office summer hours are 9 am to 12 noonTuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The school office will be closed July 3 to 18, 2017. Summer hours will resume on July 19.

2017 OLPH Golf and Tennis Outing
All adults who wish to volunteer in the school and work with children as coaches, field trip chaperones, lunch room helpers, in the classroom helping with a craft or as a reader, in HSA sponsored events, Girl/Boy Scout Troops, athletics, etc. must complete and submit all of the following:
Faculty, Staff and the HSA Board will be provided with the current list of volunteers who have completed all four requirements. Only those with complete requirements will be allowed to volunteer. HEALTH RECORDS NEEDED
Prerequisite to attending first day of school
Updated health records and physical exam results are required for all students new to St. E, and for all students attending grades K, 3 and 6 in the 2017-2018 school year. Physical examination results and universal health records must be dated October 2016 or later and completed and signed by your physician. Please click Universal Health Recordto download the form.
Students attending the 6th grade in the 2017-18 school year are required by the State to receive DPT booster and meningitis immunization. Please clickGr.6vaccine for form to be completed by your physician.

Tuition statements for the 2017-18 school year will be mailed to your home on June 30, 2017. The first tuition payment is due in August and will be made through FACTS.
