| | | All families are expected to pay Rate A tuition as stated above. The Our Lady of Perpetual Help parish community makes available a special discounted rate of tuition, Rate B, to families who meet both of the following criteria: (1) the family members are registered parishioners at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish*, and (2) the family participates weekly at Saturday evening/ Sunday mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish.
*Families who are not OLPH parishioners but who are active at other parishes without schools within the Diocese of Metuchen are encouraged to apply for an $900 per child subsidy from their own parish. Forms can be obtained from the school office and must be signed by the pastor of your home parish no later than March 31, 2008.

| | Payment options include (1) payment in full (3% discount on tuition only) before Aug. 15; (2) payment of one half of tuition and fees, payable on Aug. 15 and Feb. 1 of the current school year (3) payment of tuition and fees under a 10-month budgeting plan administered through FACTS Tuition Management Service. Payments may be debited directly from your checking account or charged to a major credit card. |
